Toolbar commands
 

1. New, creates new document (File).

2. Open, opens existing document.

3. Save, saves current document.

4. Print, prints current document..

5. Print preview, shows the document on the printed page without printing it.

6. Page Setup, for setting the page Margins, Header and Footer.

7. Undo, returns to the previous text. Undo can go back up to 4000 times.

8. Find, finds the desired word(s). The total match terms of the word will appear on the status bar.

9. Replace, replaces the word(s) with any other word(s). You can highlight word(s) by changing the Font, Text color, Text Background colour during search and replace.

10. Arabic, sets the typing language to Arabic.

11. English, sets the typing language to English.

12. View Left to Right, sets the direction of viewing from Left to Right.

13. View Right to Left, sets the direction of viewing from Right to Left.

14. Text Left To Right, changes the direction of writing from Left to Right.

15. Centre Text, aligns the Text to the centre .

16. Text Right To Left, changes the direction of writing from Right to Left.

17. Bold, sets the font's style to bold and displays the selected text in bold format.

18. Italic, sets the font's style to Italic and displays the selected text in Italic format.

19. Under Line, sets the font's style to Under Line and displays the selected text in Under Line format.

20. Increase Font, increases the font size by two points. If you wish to increase the font size by one point then select the option Change size by one point from the main Menu-Format.

21. Decrease Font, decreases the font size by two points. If you wish to decrease the font size by one point then select the option Change size by one point from the main Menu-Format.

22. Font's Size List box, allows the user to select the desired size of the font for writing.

23. Choose Font, allows the user to select the desired font.

24. Text Colour, allows the user to change the colour for all symbols except Arabic accents.

25. Accents Colour, allows the user to change the colour of Arabic Accents only.

26. Back ground colour, allows the user to change the Text Back ground colour.

27. Keyboard, shows the on screen keyboard. To hide the keyboard click on it again.

28. Sound, Activate reading the letters as you type them.

29. Help, displays the program's help.

30. Arabic , displays the Menu commands, prompt lines and the most dialogs commands in Arabic.

31. English, displays the Menu commands, prompt lines and the most dialogs commands in English.

32. Left to Right, sets the direction from Left to Right for the Menu Bar, Toolbar, Status Bars and Vertical scroll. .

33. Right to Left, sets the direction from Right to Left for the Menu Bar, Toolbar, Status Bars and Vertical scroll..

34. Colours Setup Dialog, allows you to set the colours of the following :

Text Colour
Text Background Colour
Urdu Accents Colour
View Background Colour (The window which is used for writing)
Menu Colour
Tool Bar Colour

35. Change All, Applies changes of font size and colour to all symbols, accents and digits.

36. Change letters only, Applies changes of font size and colour to the letters only.

37. Change accents only, Applies changes of font size and colour to the accents only.

38. Change digits only, Applies changes of font size and colour to the digits only.

39. Change Latin letters only, Applies changes of font size and colour to the Latin letters only.

40. Space between lines , Space between lines, changes the space between the lines. If the cursor on the first line the space between the lines will not change.

41. Refresh the view, Refresh the whole screen.

42. Select All, Selects all the Text, A blue rectangle will appear at edge of the page indicating that all the text was selected.

43. Cursor position, displays the cursor's position.

44. Current Line, displays the current line number..

45. Total Lines, displays the total lines in the document.

46. Current Page, displays the current page number..

47. Active Language, displays the current active language.
